He’s also held leadership roles within the Executive Association of Charlotte.

Chris Beaubien discovered his love for construction in high school and has been a licensed builder since 2004. After running a successful remodeling business in the Northwest, he joined Sixteen Penny in Matthews, NC. David Pacurar, a native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, discovered his passion for construction during a high school home building program. He pursued this passion by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and has since gained extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. Dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, David takes pride in the exceptional builds that Sixteen Penny provides to homeowners.

Kaleb
Charlotte native Kaleb, a seasoned construction pro, honed his skills early. During high school, he excelled in a 4-year HVAC program, earning a spot at the National Skills USA duct fabrication competition. Post-graduation, he gained 2 years of electrician apprentice experience, then transitioned to a superintendent role, managing multi-family home renovations. In 2024, Kaleb joined Sixteen Penny, eager to expand his construction expertise.
